A journey of passion & empowerment – In July 2023, Faizah Tasawar embarked on a remarkable chapter in her life—a chapter filled with unwavering determination, endless possibilities, and the pursuit of empowering others.
With a strong educational background in Computer Science (ICS from Fazaia Inter College, E-9, Islamabad) and Human Resource Management (BBA Hons. from the National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad), Faizah had already laid the foundation for a successful career. Little did she know that her true calling awaited her on the path less traveled. Faizah’s journey began in the world of hospitality at the Marriott Hotel Islamabad in 2009, where she imbibed the values of excellence and perseverance. It was there that she learned the power of exceptional service and the art of establishing meaningful connections with people from all walks of life. These invaluable lessons laid the groundwork for what was to come—a lifelong commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
In 2010, fueled by an unyielding passion for education, Faizah embarked on a deeply fulfilling career in the education industry. Over the years, she held various distinguished managerial and leadership positions in renowned private schools such as Roots Millennium and Beaconhouse. Her roles encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including marketing and outreach, corporate communication, student recruitment, and, most importantly, the training and capacity building of faculty and management. Collaborating closely with the academic department, Faizah gained profound insights into the aspirations of educators, parents, and students. It was through this collaboration that she discovered the power of fostering holistic learning environments that nurture growth and achievement. Her journey led her to head the marketing efforts of Pakistan’s pioneering SOAR STEM school in 2019, where she oversaw marketing, corporate communication, training, capacity building, and academic coordination.
In the realm of corporate training, Faizah’s journey began in 2011. Through impactful sessions with MNCs, schools, and colleges, she refined her skills in delivering valuable training experiences. These experiences deepened her understanding of the transformative impact that effective training can have on individuals and organizations.
In July 2023, Faizah proudly became a STEM Training Partner with Pathfinders STEM Hub, a visionary project by Sustainable Actions Afrika. As a STEM.org Certified Master Trainer, she contributes to advancing STEM education and fostering innovation through face-to-face and online sessions.
Drawing on her deep passion for training, Faizah launched “Fyza Raja Empowerment Hub Private Limited” in July 2023. Through this platform, she offers a diverse range of online and onsite training workshops, STEM initiatives, and skill development programs aimed at empowering educators and learners alike.

Farrukh Abbas’s journey began in the prestigious IT department of Air University, Islamabad, where he honed his technical skills and garnered invaluable experience for five years. Following his passion, he ventured into the realm of education, dedicating over 13 years to enriching the minds of students in various private schools across Islamabad and Lahore. His mastery extends beyond the classroom; Farrukh possesses a profound command of remote work methodologies, procurement strategies, and effective financial management. His foresight and prudent decision-making have not only served him well but have also been a driving force behind the success of the organizations he’s been a part of.
