Faizah Tasawar is a passionate education entrepreneur with over 15 years of diverse experience in corporate communication, training, and marketing. Her journey, fueled by a steadfast commitment to empowering others, has led her to establish the Fyza Raja Empowerment Hub Pvt. Ltd., where she creates transformative educational solutions that inspire both educators and learners.

EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATIONS

A proud graduate of Fazaia Intermediate College and the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, Faizah’s educational background in Computer Science and Human Resource Management laid the groundwork for her successful career. Beginning her professional journey in the hospitality industry, she developed a keen sense of excellence and perseverance, learning the art of building meaningful connections across diverse backgrounds.

Faizah’s comprehensive background encompasses strategic student recruitment, parental engagement, and the creation of high-quality educational content that drives meaningful change within the education sector. CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE EDUCATION SECTOR

In 2010, Faizah transitioned into the education sector, taking on key roles at prestigious institutions like Roots Millennium Schools and Beaconhouse. Her focus on marketing, communication, recruitment, and faculty development has given her deep insights into the aspirations and needs of educators, students, and parents. A highlight of her career was her pivotal role in launching Pakistan’s first STEM school system, which established a new standard for innovative education in the region.

EMBRACING EDTECH INNOVATION

In July 2023, Faizah embraced the dynamic EdTech landscape, exploring its potential to reshape global learning experiences. As a STEM.org Certified Master Trainer and STEM Training Partner with Sustainable Actions Afrika, she leads initiatives that deliver impactful online STEM training to educators, equipping them with essential tools to ignite student curiosity and engagement.
